By accessing or using OrgSets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. We may modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

Identity and authentication on OrgSets are securely managed by Clerk. By creating an account, you also agree to Clerk's terms regarding data handling for authentication purposes.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use OrgSets for managing your organization. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, spam, harassment, or to distribute malicious software.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule.

Payment processing, dues collection, and ledger splits are handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. By initiating payments or collecting funds through OrgSets, you are also bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and Stripe's general Terms of Service.

We do not directly store your credit card information on our servers; all sensitive financial data is tokenized and vaulted by Stripe.

To provide a world-class experience, OrgSets integrates with industry-leading third-party services:

• Clerk: For secure user identity management and authentication.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing, dues collection, and financial ledger routing.

Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

In no event shall OrgSets, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the reliability or availability of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration. You explicitly waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or transmit through OrgSets. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content strictly for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service to you and your organization.

Our Service is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). By using OrgSets, you state that you meet these minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages.
